To successfully log into the Sage Pastel Customer Zone, you need to enter your serial number in the Serial Number field (you’ll find this number on a sticker at the bottom of your Sage Pastel product box, as well as on the back of your software DVD case). In addition, you need to enter your Customer Number in the Customer Number field. Your Customer Number is provided to you via e-mail, SMS or fax when you register your software.

If this is the first time you are logging in since the change on Monday 28 July 2014, you will receive a message to advise you that a new password has been emailed to you. This email will be sent to the email address on your account. To change this email address, please contact the Sage Pastel Client Services team on 011 304 3900.
Log in with your serial number, customer number and the extra security password received in the email.
