Please note access to the Authorised Training Centre Zone is restricted to Authorised Training Centres only. As a Sage Pastel Authorised Training Centre you will receive exclusive access to a range of information from Sage Pastel. Furthermore, the interactive sections of the Authorised Training Centre Zone allow you to communicate with, receive information from and transmit information to Sage Pastel in real time, online.

If this is the first time you are logging in since the change on Monday 28 July 2014, you will receive a message to advise you that a new password has been emailed to you. This email will be sent to the email address on your account. To change this email address, please contact the Sage Pastel Training department on +27 11 304 3670.
Log in with your serial number, customer number and the extra security login details received in the email.
How to log into the Authorised Training Centre Zone
In order to successfully log into the Sage Pastel Authorised Training Centre Zone, you will be required to enter your company’s product serial number in the Serial Number field. You can find your serial number on a sticker at the bottom of your Sage Pastel product, as well as on the back of your software CD. Furthermore, you will be required to enter your Customer Number in the Customer Number field. Your Customer Number is provided to you via e-mail, SMS or fax upon registration of your software and the issue of an Authorisation Code.
