Congratulations on taking the first step to become a Sage Pastel certified user.

Step 1 - Create a Personal Profile

Click here to create a profile. Please take careful note that when creating or updating your profile your details are correct, it is these details that will be used to print your certificate as well as used to update the Fasset database. These details will also be used to send you your certification.

By creating a Personal Profile:
  •   You will receive access to our highly informative Training Zone which will assist you with study and assessment tips before you write your assessment.
  •   You will be able to write your Sage Pastel assessment and receive your certification.
  •   We can use the information you have given us and upload your Sage Pastel qualification to the FASSET database for credits.
  •   You will be able to claim back a percentage of your skills levy on certain Sage Pastel courses with your SETA.
  •   You will be able to download your certificate after you have completed your assessment.

Step 2 - Login

Click here to login with your username and password.

Step 3 - Register Your Serial Number

You need to be logged in to register your serial number. Once logged in, locate the Assessments menu option at the top of the screen, followed by the Register Serial Number option.

Where do I find my serial number?
Your serial number can be found on your training invoice. If you have attended training at an Authorised Training Centre, the ATC will give you your serial number.

Book Classroom Training

Once you are logged in, you can book your seat for a Sage Pastel Training course, please select the Training menu option followed by the Book Training option. Once you have booked your training, you can monitor the details, status and results of your booking/s.

Log Support Queries

Sage Pastel Training offers e-mail support to students relating to educational registration issues, run time errors on the system and general support when using the Sage Pastel Training Zone.
